Returns
THE GIFT PLACE takes pride in the quality of the products we sell. If the product you have purchased does not meet with your satisfaction upon arrival we will be happy to exchange it or give you store credit. Items may be returned within 21 days from the date your item was shipped. You will be given store credit minus shipping/handling charges. Store credit is good for up to one year from date of return. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Prior to your return please email us at returns@giftplaceus.com and request a return authorization number (RMA). Please print this on the returned box in order to process this properly. Processing returns takes about 2 – 3 weeks from the date of receipt. ANY SIGN OF USAGE OR THE LACK OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL TERMINATE THIS GUARANTEE.
Shipping
Orders will generally arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.
We offer two different Express options for your convenience. Overnight and Second Day Air. Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship the same business day, as long as the item is in stock and pending credit card authorization/ verification. Next Day shipping orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date.
We ship all orders via UPS. You can track your order by going to UPS.com and entering the tracking number you receive to your email address that you gave us at check out.

While The Gift Place strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. In the event that an item is mispriced, The Gift Place may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The Gift Place reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the giftplaceus.com account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
If you register for an account on giftplaceus.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations. We reserve the right to delete or change any username or password at any time and for any reason.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). The risk of loss and title to items purchased from giftplaceus.com pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.
